Avangard Family is one of the largest apartments we offer: just under 60 m² with a separate bedroom and living room, plus a terrace and two balconies.
The bedroom has a double bed and the living room a large corner sofa bed. This layout suits families with children and couples who want more space – for a weekend or a longer holiday.

Our guests have a large terrace and two smaller balconies all to themselves. Each one offers a view of the surroundings.

Building and security
The property is guarded and has CCTV, and the reception is open 24 hours. The building has a lift and facilities for people with disabilities.
Beach and surroundings
The beach and the promenade are just a few steps away. Nearby there are restaurants with regional cuisine; nightlife venues are further off, so it is quiet at night.
