Avangard Premium is an apartment for two in the Avangard Resort building at ul. Uzdrowiskowa 5. From the balcony you can see the main stretch of the Świnoujście promenade and, between the buildings, the sea.
In approx. 25 m² there is a double box-spring bed, a table with chairs, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The building has a lift. This apartment is most often chosen by couples coming to the seaside without children.

The private balcony is sunny and partly covered. It faces the main promenade, and through the gap between the buildings you can see the Baltic Sea.

Building and parking
The building has a 24-hour reception, a lift, CCTV and security. You park your car in the lockable underground garage – a parking space costs PLN 50 per day.
Beach and surroundings
The beach is approx. 200 m away, about a 3-minute walk. Restaurants and cafés on the promenade are right next door, so you won’t need a car day to day.
